Background

The system consists of the single phase diode rectifier and three phase zero capacitance inverter (ZCI) for induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Controlling the motor airgap torque and suppressing the grid input current harmonics can be simultaneously achieved by regulating the instantaneous active and reactive power of the drive system.
